- There are no refunds for missed sessions/lessons.
- Each student has a reserved lesson time, and is responsible for that time. If you are unable to attend your session, please contact me directly within 48 hours.
- To cancel a pre-booked recurring session Package, 30 days notice is mandatory.
- Should a regular session Package be canceled in mid package, there will be no refund given.
- "There are no last minute cancellations"........The amount will be owed and there is no re scheduling, unless a mutual opening or time comes available in only that particular week's schedule, and it is agreed on by both myself and client.
- There are no carry over lessons to be made up weeks or months later.
- If you are sick but feel well enough to attend your session, you are encouraged to do so. I believe it is important for singers to learn how to sing safely when congested or fighting a cold. Please do notify me if you aren’t feeling well so that we can take appropriate precautionary measures.
For In House Coaching:
- Please be on time so that you can get the most out of your session. If you arrive early, wait as quietly as possible in the waiting area until your scheduled time.
- If you are late for your session, I can't make up lost time as the schedules are tight, so your session will be shorter at that particular time so as not to affect effect other students’ sessions.
- If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. This loss of time will not be made up at another time.
- If you arrive on time but the previous lesson runs late, you will be given your full-allotted time.
Questions or Contact:
- If you have questions or payment to process or if there is a problem and you need to contact me, please don't assume that I will check my email, texts or Facebook during coaching.
- Please try and contact me via phone and leave a message if no one answers, well in advance.
Teacher Cancellation:
- **** If for any reason I need to cancel a lesson, I will not charge for that particular lesson and it will not be charged on your package.
Holidays:
- Other than what is specified in the packages, Holiday lessons are not Automatically Cancelled.
- Prior notice will be given when I don't coach due to a statutory holiday or special event.
- Otherwise, please assume that lessons are scheduled as usual if they fall on a statutory holiday.
- If you wish to move or cancel your lesson due to a holiday, please see the Cancellation Policy.
